2007 AIBA World Championship Winners

Here's the most updated results in this great boxing tournament in Chicago. As expected Russia became the big winner in the competition as it sent 6 of it's boxers in the finals. Out of the 6 boxers, 3 won gold medal in their division. Sergey Vodopyanov defeated his Mongolian rival Engkhbat Badar-Uugan in the 51 kg category. Albert Selimov beat Vasyl Lomachenko of Ukraine in the 57 kg category while Matvey Korobov won his bout against Alfonso Blanco of Venezuela in the 75 kg. category. Gennady Kovalev, Artur Beterbiev and Rakhim Chakhkiev all lost to their respective opponents.
