Chinese Olympics Ready For Terrorist Attacks

A specialist team of engineers and security experts have been formed to handle the loaded task of crisis management for the 2008 Olympic just in case something untoward happens. Composed mostly of engineers from the Engineering troops of the People Liberation Army, they will be responsible for performing security checks and anti-terrorist technology applications during the Olympiad.

The Chinese Army have been rigorously training day in and day out in order to focus on measures to prevent likely attacks by known terrorist groups. The Chinese security groups drill include activities preventing guns and explosives from nearing important targets, searching for and defusing explosives, rescuing victims stranded in damaged buildings and leading emergency evacuations.
