2008 Olympics Ceremony

The Main Sports Stadium dubbed "The Bird's Nest"
It seems to me nobody has been interested in searching for any information regarding the opening ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The tickets are almost sold out and the ones for the opening ceremony is the most expensive. I doubt if there's any being sold until now. If you're planning to buy some from brokers, be ready to shell out some major dough because even if you bought opening ceremony tickets from legit or authorized agents, it still costs several hundred dollars. Add a few percent over that amount, that's what you will be paying from ticket brokers. The opening ceremony should be an elaborate display of Chinese talents and ingenuity. There should be a lot of fireworks which the Chinese are well-known for making. The organizers are looking to integrate the opening ceremony with the Stadium's design. I couldn't imagine what they'll come up with. Above is an artist's rendition of the National Stadium or the bird's nest.

For those interested in finding out more about the preparation for the opening ceremony, here's the latest from the Official Website of the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
