Kenya's athletics officials said all runners will undergo dope testing at the national Olympic trials early next month. Athletics Kenya Secretary General David Okeyo told journalists late Tuesday that dope testing is very crucial and aimed at ensuring those who have qualified for the Beijing Games.
"We know some people will approach you with an aim of giving you performance enhancers. If anyone does that, kindly inform us to take appropriate action," Okeyo said. The AK secretary-general warned athletes against use of drugs to enhance performance.
