France beat Germany 78-66 as the battle of NBA superstars highlighted the European Basketball Championships. Parker scored 23 while Dirk scored 28 but more help came from Tony's team mates Florent Pietrus and Tariq Kirksay both added 12 points for France.In other groups in the European Basketball Championships, Lithuania and Slovenia reached the quarterfinals of Group F. Toronto Raptors center Radoslav Nesterovic led Slovenia with 13 points. Both unbeaten till now, Lithuania & Slovenia beat their opponents Olympics runner-up Italy & Turkey respectively.
